It is preferable to do a hair oil bath once a week, because it has many benefits, as it moisturizes and nourishes the hair, and gives it shine and a healthy appearance.

Method:

The hair is divided in half

We put a small amount of water on the hair (it should not be too wet), then we take a small amount of cream and spread it over the entire hair (except for the scalp).

Distribute it completely, then cover the hair with a thermal cap or nylon bag, for two or three hours, then wash with shampoo.

Its texture is a semi-liquid cream, similar to lotion.
