Store Policy
Exchange and return policy:
1/ After more than 24 hours have passed since receiving the order, no complaints regarding the products will be accepted, so please check the products immediately upon receiving them.
2/ If you receive a product different from your order, you must photograph the product, the order details, and the label details on the shipping box within 24 hours of the date of receipt.
3/ If the order is not received and is returned to us, the customer will bear the return shipping fees and there is no refund for the shipment amount.
4/ The order can be modified and the products changed if the policy has not been issued.
5/ In case of order cancellation, the customer has the right to cancel the order before 24 hours have passed from the date of the order.
The customer is not entitled to cancel the order after the policy has been issued, even if 24 hours have not passed.
6/ Disrespecting customer service in an app affiliated with the store or speaking to them inappropriately exposes you to legal accountability.
Important notes:
- We cannot accept returns or process compensation claims for products that have been used or opened as they are personal care products.
-The store does not bear the cost of returning any product that does not have a fundamental defect.
- In the event that products are returned to the warehouse due to lack of response or refusal to receive, the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
-In cases of shipping abroad, each country has its own customs fees that are displayed to its residents and paid by the customer, as he has paid for the products, shipped and delivered them on the site, but as for the customs fees, that is between the customer and his country.
Any additional order with the Sidr course will be added to the box that belongs to the Sidr course box. If the customer wants the two boxes separately, he will have to pay another shipping fee.
